Greatland Construction is a dad-and-son-owned company built on hard work, passion, and a commitment to quality. Founded on April 12, 2016, our journey started even earlier when Rafael began taking on side projects in 2013 while working as a superintendent at Goodland Construction. His son, Jr., tagged along at just 17 years old, initially for the McDonald’s breakfasts and Chipotle lunches, but soon developed a real passion for concrete work.
By 2018, we set our sights on City projects, becoming a trusted contractor for multiple cities and counties across Colorado. Today, we bring big-city craftsmanship to every project, ensuring results that stand the test of time whether it’s a residential, commercial, or city project.
