Clear Creek Trail Construction
As general contractor, Greatland led the full renovation of deteriorating concrete trail
systems in Manitou Springs. This included trail removal, grading, ADA-compliant upgrades, hardscapes retaining walls, mural installations, signs, stripping and more
and high-traffic restoration with minimal disruption to the public. The project required
strategic coordination with local officials and was completed on time and within budget.

open space network. The project involved the removal and replacement of concrete trail, Culverts, Drain, Sewer, Water lines, Inlets installation
sections, surface grading, and site restoration. hardscapes, planting, Landscaping It was completed on an accelerated timeline
with full compliance and satisfaction from the City’s Parks and Open Space division.
