Concrete Trail Renovation

As general contractor, Greatland led the full renovation of deteriorating concrete trail systems in Manitou Springs. This included trail removal, grading, ADA-compliant upgrades, and high-traffic restoration with minimal disruption to the public. The project required strategic coordination with local officials and was completed on time and within budget.

2024 Concrete Repair Project

Greatland was awarded the citywide 2024 concrete repair contract, which includes curb & gutter restoration, sidewalk and ADA ramp replacements, and trail rehabilitation. With our expertise in public works and proactive communication, we are currently executing work across multiple city zones while maintaining traffic and public safety standards.

City of Englewood

Trail & Asphalt Replacement

As general contractor, we completed trail and asphalt replacements across Englewood’s open space network. The project involved the removal and replacement of concrete trail sections, surface grading, and site restoration. It was completed on an accelerated timeline with full compliance and satisfaction from the City’s Parks and Open Space division.

2023 Miscellaneous Concrete Replacement

This project included widespread sidewalk, curb, gutter, and ADA upgrades throughout Castle Rock. Completed under project #2023-0683, the work was accepted as complete by the Town in November 2023. Warranty obligations remain in place through November 2024.

Town of Monument

New ADA Sidewalk Project 2023

Greatland Concrete & Landscaping was awarded the Town of Monument’s 2023 New ADA Sidewalk Project. Under this contract, we furnished all construction planning, management, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to install new ADA-compliant sidewalks throughout key areas of Monument. Our scope also included traffic control, grading, and seamless integration with the existing infrastructure.

Sidewalk & ADA Ramp Gap Construction (ITB-23-032)

As part of ITB-23-032, Greatland Construction served as the general contractor for sidewalk and ADA accessibility upgrades across two key corridors in Englewood. The project included over 1,250 linear feet of new 6” sidewalk, ADA ramp construction, drivecut repairs, small retaining walls, and a fire hydrant relocation. All labor, traffic control, and construction surveying were completed in-house.

Public Road Tree Planter & Sidewalk Replacements

Greatland Construction completed the removal and replacement of deteriorated concrete tree planters and sidewalks along a key public corridor. The project involved demolition, formwork, subgrade preparation, and the installation of new reinforced concrete structures designed to improve walkability and preserve streetscape aesthetics.
